4 Track, 4 Wheel Overhead Conveyor
System comprises of fully Biplaner chain having two load bearing wheels and two guide wheels which move smoothly in conveyor track taking horizontal and vertical turns with equal ease. Motive power is provided by a sprocket type drive wheel directly connected to the worm reduction unit which is driven by a T.R.F.C. motor. Mist spray lubricator is provided for lubrication of the biplaner chain. Tension unit is provided for the required take - up and tension of the system.
